When to contact us
An error in our content
If you spot an inaccuracy, such as outdated bonus terms, a wrong payout time or a changed license status, write to us with a link to the page. We will check it and correct it, and significant changes will be recorded in the review’s changelog.
Disagreeing with a score
You can challenge any score in our rankings. Describe what exactly you think has been rated incorrectly. If you have evidence, such as a transaction screenshot, correspondence with support or a clause from the operator’s rules, send it along with your email.
We will either correct the score or show you the data it is based on. The rating procedure is described in our methodology.
Your experience with an operator
If you have run into a delayed payout, a blocked account or a refused bonus, tell us about it. We are not an arbitrator and cannot influence the operator’s decision, but such cases are taken into account when we revise scores and may prompt a review.
We do not publish personal data from your emails in our content.
Partnerships and advertising
Send partnership inquiries to the same address and mark them in the subject line. To be clear from the start: places in our rankings are not for sale, and scores are not up for negotiation. How we make money is explained in our affiliate disclosure.
What we cannot help with
JoyFactory is an independent review project. We are not a gambling operator, we do not accept bets, we do not process payments and we have no access to player accounts.
This means we cannot unblock your account, speed up a payout, refund money, cancel a bet or influence the decisions of a casino’s or bookmaker’s support team. Take these issues directly to the operator, and if it holds a Ukrainian license, to the state agency PlayCity.
