In terms of technical execution, Stake is the strongest platform in this section: an active license, a large game library, a transparent VIP system, unlimited cashouts and in-house games whose results users can verify themselves.
The main risk for a Ukrainian player lies not in the product but in the jurisdiction. If a profile is blocked, KYC is delayed or a financial dispute arises, PlayCity cannot oblige Medium Rare N.V. to return funds.

The key takeaway on rakeback: raising the house edge from 1% to 4% quadruples the return, but theoretical losses also grow fourfold. A higher reward does not make the game more profitable, and the advertised «3.5% return» refers to the casino’s mathematical edge, not to the amount wagered or lost.

These percentages do not describe a fee on any amount; they show how unprofitable it is to withdraw exactly the minimum. A 2.5 USDT withdrawal with a 1 USDT fee leaves the user with 1.5 USDT; on a 100 USDT cashout, the same fee is just 1%.
We assessed the game library using two methods. The official page claims more than 6000 games and 260+ publishers, while a structured independent catalog records 73 main providers. The gap of at least 187 names is explained by Stake counting small studios, Stake Engine partners, in-house brands and local labels separately, so JoyFactory uses the confirmed figure in its rating.
The platform performed best on the speed of crypto transactions, the absence of a maximum cashout, transparent VIP thresholds and the math of its Originals. Its weakest areas are localization for Ukraine, the lack of a local license, the risk of enhanced KYC and the poor value of minimum withdrawals on some networks.
Stake.com belongs to Medium Rare N.V., registered in Curaçao under number 145353, with its registered address at Seru Loraweg 17 B. The company holds an active Curaçao Gaming Authority license No. OGL/2024/1451/0918, issued on June 9, 2025 under the updated legislation; the certificate lists stake.com as the licensed domain. Some payments are processed by the subsidiaries Medium Rare Limited and MRS Tech Limited, registered in Cyprus.

The regulatory status of the local versions or Stake.us cannot be applied to the global domain, as these are different legal entities.
Medium Rare N.V. has not obtained a Ukrainian permit. PlayCity explicitly lists a foreign license, crypto payments and a domain outside the .ua zone as signs of a gambling platform that is potentially illegal in Ukraine.
The minimum age under the platform’s rules is 18, or higher where local law requires it. For Ukrainian users, the 21+ requirement applies.

There is no universal classic package such as 100–500% on the first deposit. The main welcome mechanic gives early access to rakeback: to activate it, you need to enter a valid affiliate code within 24 hours of creating your account. Promotional offers such as 200% up to $1000 are tied to a specific partner, country or personal campaign and are not a permanent global bonus. You cannot withdraw before completing the turnover unless you lose the entire bonus-related balance.
Rakeback returns 3.5% not of the amount wagered but of the house edge. On a $10,000 turnover in a game with a 1% house edge, the theoretical commission is $100 and the return is $3.50. In a game with a 4% house edge, the commission is $400 and the rakeback is $14. So the phrase «3.5% return» does not mean you get back 3.5% of the money you lost.

The provably fair mechanism is built on a server seed, a client seed, a nonce and a cryptographic hash: before a round, the casino publishes the encrypted value, and after the seed is changed the user can verify that the result was not altered. The client seed is changed manually, and completed rounds can be verified on the provably fair page or with independent open-source tools.
The technology confirms that a specific result is correct but does not remove the house edge. Stake does not publish a full public audit of all the operator’s systems, payment processes and every third-party title, so JoyFactory does not equate provably fair Originals with an audit of the whole platform.
Separately, there is Stake Engine, a platform through which third-party studios publish exclusive games directly in the library; after review, a game can go live in about a day. The requirement to wager the deposit at least once is AML protection against using the casino as a crypto mixer: an attempt to withdraw deposited assets right away without playing will be rejected.
There is no maximum crypto cashout, which sets Stake Casino apart from platforms with monthly limits of €4000–5000. But a large request may go to a manual AML check, and minimum withdrawals are poor value: for BTC and ETH, the fixed fee eats more than 60% of the minimum allowed amount.
