Payouts. Minimum deposit, withdrawal limits, fees, actual request processing times and verification requirements. He also records whether the casino explains the reasons for delays and has a clear complaints procedure.

Bonuses. He looks not at the advertised size of an offer but at the wagering requirements, maximum bet, validity period, excluded games and limits on withdrawing winnings. These are the terms that determine a bonus’s real value.

Industry experience

He has worked in iGaming since 2017 and has hands-on experience in operations management, product development and marketing.

He started his career by developing digital and sports projects: he founded Footboom.com and built online products for a sports audience. In 2017, he became chief operating officer at E-SPORT LAB, where he gained an in-depth understanding of the internal processes behind bookmaker and esports products.

Since January 2021, he has worked with Turbo Games, a supplier of games and software solutions for operators. He works on products for the international market: fast games, slots, sportsbook solutions and game content integration technology.

His experience covers different stages of iGaming product development, from concept and positioning to launch and work with operators. This is why, when analyzing a casino, Oleksandr Petrov assesses not only how the website looks but also the logic behind it: how provider integration is set up, why a payment method takes longer than the stated time and what really lies behind a bonus mechanic.
