Pinco Casino is an offshore gambling platform launched in 2024 by Carlitta N.V. The casino offers slots, live games, crash games, table games, sports betting, esports and virtual events. The company is registered in Curaçao and remains the current operator of the licensed pinco.win domain.

The JoyFactory team checked the license, domain, localization, bonus rules, game library, payment limits, KYC, mobile format and open financial complaints. We did not make a deposit: without a Ukrainian license and a hryvnia account, a financial test cannot be justified from a safety standpoint.

Pinco has a large game library, an active Curaçao license, dozens of payment methods and a wide choice of cryptocurrencies. Technically, the platform looks modern and covers the main formats of online gambling.

However, Pinco Casino is not legal in Ukraine. PlayCity does not oversee its financial transactions, cannot oblige the operator to return a balance and does not handle complaints about Pinco as it would about a Ukrainian licensee. For a Ukrainian user, the platform’s strengths are outweighed by the lack of the hryvnia and the Ukrainian language, strict bonus rules and multi-level verification.

What we checked at Pinco Casino

The review was carried out by Oleksandr Petrov, JoyFactory’s casino author. The license details were checked by Valeriia Prykhodko, our in-house lawyer.

We did not create a real account, submit documents or make a deposit. The review consisted of checking the current Curaçao certificate, the licensed domain, the Ukrainian regulatory status, localization, bonus rules and payment limits, and averaging processing times from open financial cases.

Note two limitations of these calculations. The KYC average is understated: the problem case lasted more than ten days, and we conservatively counted it as exactly ten. The payout average was calculated only from successful transactions; requests pending for more than ten days were not included in the sample, as they are not completed standard payouts.

JoyFactory did not calculate a separate support average: two control checks of the live chat scored below standard, but the exact timings were not published. The only figure from public reviews is a wait for an agent of up to 15 minutes.

The database contains 23 complaints: 34.8% were resolved, 43.5% rejected, and the remaining 21.7% consists of one unresolved and four open cases. We also checked the user agreement separately and found five risky provisions.

Pinco performed best on the number of providers, the size of the library and the €4000 daily withdrawal limit. Its weakest areas are localization for Ukraine, bonus turnover, fairness of the rules, multi-step KYC and support quality.

License and legal status

The pinco.win domain is run by Carlitta N.V., registered in Curaçao under number 162777. The operator holds an active Curaçao Gaming Authority license No. OGL/2024/1516/0841, issued on September 5, 2024 under the new regulatory framework. The current status of the certificate is Active, and the licensed domain listed in it is pinco.win.

JoyFactory lawyer Valeriia Prykhodko points out that the number 8048/JAZ2020-013, which appears on old promotional pages, does not match the current Carlitta N.V. certificate. Since the Curaçao reform, the proof of status is a CGA certificate with an OGL-format number, not an 8048/JAZ sublicense.

A Curaçao license confirms the operator’s right to work within an offshore jurisdiction, but it does not give the right to legally offer gambling in Ukraine. Pinco is not among Ukrainian licensees.

In the event of non-payment, confiscation of the balance or account blocking, the user cannot ask PlayCity to inspect the operator. Complaints will have to be filed under Curaçao rules or through third-party complaint mechanisms, in another language and with no guaranteed timelines.

An independent check of a sample from the library found no fake versions of games. This is a positive factor, but it does not remove the risks related to payments, KYC and the terms of the user agreement.

The formal minimum age on the platform is 18. For Ukraine, this does not meet the legal 21+ limit.

Verification and document risk

1. Creating a profile. You need to enter a username, password, e-mail, phone number, country and account currency. A promo code is entered in the same form.
2. Confirming your contacts. The e-mail address is confirmed via a link and the phone number via an SMS code, if the regional version requires it.
3. KYC. Documents are uploaded in the «Account — Verification» section.

Verification has three informal levels. At the first, the operator asks for a passport or ID card and a selfie, which may be enough for deposits and small payouts. The second level requires proof of address with a document no older than three months: a bank statement, a utility bill or an official letter. At the third, the operator checks the source of funds: an income statement, bank account history, a tax return or documents on the origin of cryptocurrency.

Financial complaints also mention additional requirements: a contract with a mobile operator, video recordings of a wallet, a list of devices, IP addresses and video calls with a document check.

The operator can launch additional KYC even after the standard check has been completed. In that case, the payout is suspended until all requested files are provided, and there is no fixed deadline.

JoyFactory does not recommend handing over this amount of personal and financial data to a platform that has no Ukrainian license and is not subject to PlayCity requirements on personal data processing.

Bonuses

The main international offer is 100% up to €5000 plus up to 250 extra spins, with the exact equivalent shown in the currency chosen at registration. Some regional pages advertise other options: 120% in the first hour after creating a profile, 150–200% on a deposit or packages spread over several deposits. These offers are not universal for all countries, so check the actual maximum in your account.

The numbers show how heavy these terms are. With the maximum €5000 bonus and x40 wagering, turnover will be €200,000, and at x50 it will be €250,000. At the same time, you can withdraw only x5–x10 of the reward from the bonus, i.e. €25,000–50,000, even if your actual balance after play is higher. Exceeding the maximum bet limit can lead to the cancellation of the bonus and the related winnings.

Free spins are credited in parts over several days. A missed day or late activation means losing the corresponding batch of spins.

Cashback and loyalty program

Pinco offers cashback of up to 10% on amounts up to €2000. The calculation depends on net losses, profile status and the terms of the specific campaign. Cashback may be paid in bonus funds and require additional wagering, so check the wagering requirement, validity period and maximum cashout before activating it.

There are also weekly reload bonuses, tournaments, free spins and personal offers; the operator sends some rewards by e-mail, SMS or through a manager. The VIP program gives higher withdrawal limits, personal promotions, a birthday gift and a personal manager, but there is no full public table of levels and turnover requirements.

Game library

Slots

Pinco’s marketing pages claim more than 5000 games. Content from 86 providers has been independently confirmed, and this is the figure JoyFactory uses in the rating because it can be verified.

Developers include Novomatic, Nolimit City, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, PG Soft, Betsoft, Amatic, Thunderkick, Endorphina, Spinomenal, Evoplay, Spribe, EGT Digital, Games Global, Belatra, Igrosoft, Platipus, Booming Games, Tom Horn, Mascot Gaming and other studios. Popular slots include Wanted Dead or a Wild, Book of Shadows, Tombstone RIP, Fire in the Hole, Le Bandit, 40 Super Hot and Sizzling Hot Deluxe.

The library includes classic slots, Megaways, bonus buy slots, jackpots, scratch cards, keno, bingo, video poker, roulette, blackjack and baccarat.

Not all 86 providers are available in every country: some studios restrict their content by geolocation or license terms. Demo mode also depends on the specific game and region: some slots can be opened with a play-money balance, but certain titles require you to log in or make a real deposit.

Live casino

The live section includes roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, bingo, dice and TV-style game shows streamed live. The main international provider is Evolution, with Ezugi, Vivo Gaming, BetGames, LuckyStreak, Imagine Live and other studios also present.

Whether a specific table is available depends on the user’s country: the provider can block the stream even when the Pinco website itself opens. There is no full demo mode in the live casino; to join a table, you need a registered profile and funds on your real balance.

Fast games

The fast games category offers crash titles, Dice, Mines, Plinko and other short-round formats. One of the most popular games is Aviator by Spribe: the multiplier grows until a random moment, and the user has to cash out before the round ends.

Short sessions mean a high betting frequency. Even a small stake can quickly add up to a significant total turnover, which is worth keeping in mind together with the responsible gambling rules.

RTP and fairness

Pinco has not published a single average RTP for its whole library. The figure is set separately for each title and its specific version.

A check of a sample of games found no fake software: the titles tested matched the original products of the listed providers. At the same time, the absence of fake slots does not guarantee fair handling of a financial dispute: payouts, bonus control, KYC and profile blocking depend on the operator’s own rules.

JoyFactory found five provisions in the user agreement that can be used against the player:

• common bonus hunting strategies can be treated as a serious violation;
• low-risk play can be grounds for confiscation;
• certain betting techniques while wagering can lead to the cancellation of winnings;
• «improper behavior» is defined without sufficiently clear criteria;
• an inactive account balance can be written off in less than a year.

The last point means that funds left in the account can be cancelled after six to twelve months of inactivity.

Deposits and withdrawals

The hryvnia is not supported. The available fiat currencies are AZN, KGS, KZT, RUB, TRY and UZS, so a Ukrainian user will have to convert through a bank or payment service, an extra exchange-rate loss that promotional pages do not take into account.

The operator claims it charges no fees of its own for deposits and withdrawals, but a fee may be withheld by the bank, mobile operator, crypto network or payment gateway.

Withdrawals must be made with the same method used for the deposit. If the card does not support cashouts, the operator may offer a bank transfer, a wallet or another method after additional KYC.

Once verification is complete, a standard request can be processed within 24 hours, while the first full verification often takes about two days. In disputed cases, the procedure took more than ten days because of repeated documents, a video check, phone confirmation and additional questions from the security team.

Pinco is not a Ukrainian tax agent. Tax is not withheld automatically under Ukrainian rules, so the user may be obliged to declare foreign income on their own.

Mobile apps

Pinco works mainly as a browser-based platform. The website adapts to smartphones and supports current versions of Chrome, Safari and other mobile browsers. You can add a PWA shortcut to your home screen: it looks like an app icon but actually opens the mobile web version.

There is no clearly confirmed native Carlitta N.V. app on Google Play or the App Store. Local pages may show Android and iOS buttons, but they often lead to the PWA or to files from a different developer.

JoyFactory does not recommend downloading the Pinco APK from an advertising website, a Telegram channel or a random mirror. There is no way to guarantee that such a file has not been modified and does not collect passwords or payment details.

The lack of a full native app does not stop you from playing in a browser, but it deprives the user of an app vetted by an official store.

Tournaments and promotions

Pinco runs slot tournaments, leaderboard competitions, free spin giveaways and regular reload campaigns. The prize pool, minimum bet and list of games depend on the specific tournament; the leaderboard may count winnings, multipliers or total turnover.

Personal offers are sent by e-mail, SMS, account notifications or a VIP manager. Before taking part, check the wagering requirement, validity period, maximum bet limit, eligible games and cashout restrictions.

Support

Live chat works 24/7 in seven languages: English, Russian, Azerbaijani, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Turkish and Uzbek.

Ukrainian is not available in the interface, in chat or in any other service channel. For a Ukrainian user, this makes it harder to discuss exactly the topics where precise wording matters most: KYC, bonus rules and financial claims.

Two control checks of live chat quality produced below-standard results. The main problems were incomplete answers, template messages and redirection to another department. In public reviews, the wait for an agent reached 15 minutes, and in complex KYC cases neither the VIP manager nor the regular chat sped up the check.

A fast first reply does not guarantee that the problem will be solved. A financial or verification request may be passed to the security team with no fixed deadline.

Common complaints about Pinco Casino

The public database contains 23 complaints. Eight were resolved, ten were rejected, one remained unresolved and four are in progress.

A rejected complaint does not always mean the claims about the service are unfounded: some were closed because the user broke the rules, used someone else’s payment details or engaged in confirmed bonus abuse.

The main groups of claims:

• multi-step verification: repeated selfies, mobile operator contracts, bank statements, crypto wallet recordings, IP addresses and device lists;
• confiscation of winnings over bonus strategies;
• account closure, cancelled requests and no specific answer from support;
• an additional check lasting more than ten days with a repeated video check; access to withdrawals was restored only after all requirements were met;
• the remaining balance paid out after additional KYC with a 25% fee withheld;
• a large win cancelled due to a provider’s technical error; some of these decisions were found justified once evidence of the malfunction was obtained.

Having 23 complaints does not in itself prove systematic non-payment. However, problematic rules, complex KYC and the lack of Ukrainian regulation increase the risk for the player. Without a Ukrainian license, PlayCity cannot oblige Pinco Casino to review such a complaint or return funds.

Pinco has an active Curaçao license, a large game library and a wide range of payment methods. The score is lowered by the lack of a Ukrainian license, the hryvnia and the Ukrainian language, the brand’s young age, unfair provisions in the rules, complex verification and poor support.

The approach for platforms without a Ukrainian license is described in the JoyFactory methodology. A safety score below 4 is a blocker: the operator does not make it into our ranking of licensed casinos regardless of the other criteria.
