Mostbet Casino is an international gambling platform that has been operating since 2009 and combines a sportsbook, slots, a live casino, fast games, virtual sports and poker. The current operator of the licensed domain mostbet.com is Bizbon N.V., a company registered in Curaçao.

The JoyFactory team checked the license, domains, bonuses, game library, payment rules, KYC, mobile apps and user complaints for 2026. We did not make a deposit: without a Ukrainian license, a financial test cannot be justified from a safety standpoint.

Mostbet casino holds a valid Curaçao license and offers a large game library, live tables, cryptocurrency payments and full-featured mobile apps. Among offshore platforms, it is a strong product in terms of range and technical capabilities.

However, the casino is not legal in Ukraine. PlayCity does not oversee its financial transactions, cannot oblige the operator to return a balance and does not handle complaints about Mostbet as it would about a Ukrainian licensee.

What we checked at Mostbet Casino

The review was carried out by Oleksandr Petrov, JoyFactory’s casino author. The license details were verified by Valeriia Prykhodko, our in-house lawyer.

We did not create a real account, submit documents or make a deposit. The review consisted of checking the valid Curaçao certificate, the licensed domain and the Ukrainian regulatory status, and averaging publicly available timings.

Please note: for KYC we deliberately do not give an average figure. The gap between six minutes and sixty days is so wide that an average would mislead the reader.

The problem sample was built from four specific delays: 7, 15, 26 and 45 days. The key takeaway: once a transaction goes beyond the standard processing time, the delay is measured in weeks rather than hours. In some cases the money did arrive within 72 hours, but other requests were returned to the balance after seven days or remained unresolved for more than a month.

Mostbet performed best on its game library, mobile access and the speed of the first live chat reply. It performed worst on KYC consistency, the transparency of payment escalation and the spread of cashout times. That is exactly why we did not run a test with a real deposit.

License and legal status

The official domain mostbet.com is run by Bizbon N.V., registered in Curaçao under number 141081. The operator holds an active Curaçao Gaming Authority license No. OGL/2024/597/0249, issued on September 23, 2025 under the new regulatory system.

JoyFactory’s lawyer Valeriia Prykhodko points out that the number 8048/JAZ2016-065, which old pages and mirrors still use, belongs to the previous sublicensing system. Since the Curaçao reform, status is confirmed by a CGA certificate with an OGL-format number.

Mostbet does not hold a license to operate gambling in Ukraine. A foreign permit does not give the operator the right to legally advertise the casino, accept Ukrainian players or process payments as a local licensee.

Under the platform’s rules, the minimum age is 18, which does not comply with Ukrainian law: casino gambling is only allowed from the age of 21.

The casino claims SSL encryption, secure data storage and certified random number generators in third-party games. However, technical protection does not guarantee that your balance will be returned if your profile is blocked or a financial dispute arises.

Verification and document risk

1. Creating a profile. You can register by phone number, by e-mail, through social networks or with a simplified one-click option. According to public tests, this takes about 1 minute 30 seconds.
2. Choosing a currency. During registration, the user chooses the hryvnia, the dollar, the euro, a cryptocurrency or another available currency.
3. KYC. The security team may request a passport, an ID card, a selfie, proof of address, proof of the payment method and proof of the source of funds.

Mostbet often lets you create an account, top up your balance and start playing without uploading documents straight away. This does not mean KYC will not be required before a payout. A check can be triggered after the first cashout, a big win, a change of payment details, a login via VPN or a detected link to another profile.

In fast scenarios, automatic identification is completed within a few minutes or within a day. At the same time, the rules allow for lengthy checks, and in some disputed cases the operator has cited a period of 60 days or longer. It is this provision that creates the main uncertainty.

Users are not allowed to create multiple accounts. A matching IP address, device, document, bank card or home address may be grounds for a repeat check or a block.

We do not recommend handing over your passport, selfie and bank documents to an offshore platform that has no Ukrainian license and is not subject to PlayCity’s requirements for processing personal data.

Bonuses

The size of the welcome offer depends on the domain, the country and the chosen currency, so check the actual maximum in your account before depositing: the advertised figures differ from region to region.

The combination of x35–x40 wagering and a deadline of 72 hours to several days is tough even for active play. If the user does not meet the terms in time, the bonus and any related winnings are cancelled. There is also a maximum bonus bet limit: exceeding it in even one round may be grounds for cancellation.

Cashback and loyalty program

Mostbet offers weekly cashback of up to 10% of net losses, personal reload bonuses, free spins and tournament rewards. Cashback is credited as bonus funds, may require additional wagering and must be activated within 72 hours.

The loyalty program awards internal points for activity, which can be exchanged for bonus funds, free spins or bets. The operator does not publish a full table of levels for hryvnia accounts.

Regional versions claim anywhere from 3000 to more than 7000 titles, so giving one exact figure for all users would be incorrect. Games load in blocks, which makes the total hard to verify manually.

Providers include Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Playtech, Play’n GO, Microgaming, Betsoft, Playson, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Quickspin, Evolution, Ezugi, Endorphina, Habanero, Spinomenal, Spribe and other studios.

Filters let you sort slots by provider, genre and features: Megaways, jackpots, respins, bonus buys, gamble features and high volatility. Many slots offer a demo mode with no deposit.

One particular inconvenience is the infinite loading of blocks, which makes navigation harder and gets in the way of reaching the footer with the legal information.

Live casino

The live section brings together roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and game shows from Evolution, Ezugi, LuckyStreak, Atmosfera and other studios; different versions of the platform feature more than 20 providers.

The minimum bet can start at around UAH 2, while the maximum at VIP tables can reach UAH 100,000 per round. Some live games cannot even be opened with a zero balance, and there is no demo mode.

Fast games

The main crash title is Aviator: you place a bet before the round starts and must cash out before the plane disappears. You can use two bet panels at once and set different automatic cashout multipliers.

The lobby also includes Mines, Plinko, Dice, JetX, wheels, penalty games and other titles with short rounds. Mostbet has its own branded titles with a claimed RTP of about 96.5–97.3%.

Short rounds increase betting frequency, so you can burn through your set budget much faster than when playing a regular slot.

RTP and fairness

There is no single verified average RTP for the whole casino: the figure is set separately for each title and for each specific version of it.

Well-known international providers use their own random number generators and are certified by independent labs. This reduces the risk of the operator interfering with the results of a third-party slot, but it does not guarantee that the casino itself will pay out your balance: payment decisions, KYC and account blocks are controlled by Mostbet.

The Android client is distributed as an APK, so to install it you need to allow apps from unknown sources. The iOS version is advertised as available on the App Store, but the link and app name may vary by country, so check the developer before installing.

Important: the app may remain available when the main website or a mirror is blocked. This does not make using Mostbet legal in Ukraine.

Downloading an APK from a Telegram channel, a file-sharing service or a random mirror carries the risk of installing a modified file. Such an app can steal your password, documents or payment details.

Tournaments and promotions

Some promotions last only a few days, and rewards must be activated before the set deadline. Before taking part, check the wagering, maximum bet, eligible games, validity period and maximum win.

Support is available through 24/7 live chat, e-mail at [email protected] and a Telegram bot. A separate address, [email protected], may be used for documents and identification.

According to public tests, the first live chat reply arrives in about 1 minute 30 seconds, one of the best results among offshore platforms. E-mail is much slower: the average response time is 8 hours 7 minutes.

But a quick connection to the chat does not mean a quick solution. In a financial dispute, the chat agent does not make decisions alone: the request is passed to the payments, technical or security department, and the correspondence can drag on for several weeks.

In negative reviews, users complain about repeated template replies that give no specific reason for the delay and no date for completing the check.

Common complaints

The main complaints found in public sources:

• slow payouts: waits of more than a week, two weeks, 26 days and a month and a half;
• KYC after a win: no documents are needed to deposit, but the cashout is blocked until a full check is complete;
• requests for a passport, a selfie, a screen recording, a bank statement and proof of the source of funds in disputed cases;
• a payment marked as «completed» that never actually arrived;
• profile blocks and changes to bonus terms;
• winnings cancelled for breaching the maximum bet.

Without a Ukrainian license, PlayCity cannot oblige Mostbet to consider such a complaint or return funds. A complaint to the Curaçao Gaming Authority follows the rules of a foreign jurisdiction, in another language and with no guaranteed timeframe.

Mostbet has an active Curaçao license, a large game library, a live casino, cryptocurrencies and full-featured mobile clients. The score is lowered by the lack of a Ukrainian license, reliance on mirrors, high wagering, selective KYC and a wide spread in payout times.
