Cat Casino (CatCasino) is a cat-themed offshore gambling platform that has been running since 2021: slots, live tables, instant games, tournaments, deposit bonuses and cashback. Older sources named Traflow Media N.V. as the operator, but the latest certificate for catcasino.com was issued to Fun Fusion N.V.
The JoyFactory team checked the current license status, territorial restrictions, the site’s legal documents, bonuses, the game library, payments, KYC, the mobile version and open complaints. We did not make a deposit and did not use a VPN.

Historically, CatCasino stood out for its large game library, themed design, demo mode and fast payouts to e-wallets and cryptocurrency. As of August 2026, these advantages have no practical value for a user from Ukraine.
Do not confuse CatCasino with the CatBet brand, which holds a Ukrainian PlayCity license. These are different platforms, operators and domains, and the legal status of one brand does not extend to the other.

We did not create an account, use a VPN, submit documents or make a deposit. A real-money test on a platform with a revoked license that bans players from Ukraine would carry a direct risk of having funds frozen. All the times below are averages from publicly reported cases, not our own measurements.

Two caveats. The KYC average applies to users from permitted countries and does not apply to Ukrainian documents at all. The problem case, with no payout for more than six days after full verification, is 4.5 times longer than the calculated average of the standard sample.
CatCasino’s best historical results were in the number of slots and the speed of the first chat reply. Its weakest points are the license status, availability for Ukraine, legal transparency and the very possibility of passing KYC.
Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate No. OGL/2024/750/0202 for the catcasino.com domain was issued to Fun Fusion N.V., registered under number 156583. As of the check date, its status is Revoked. It is no longer accurate to call CatCasino a casino with an active Curaçao license.
JoyFactory lawyer Valeriia Prykhodko points out two things. First, the old numbers 365/JAZ and GLH-OCCHKTW0703052021, which still appear in reviews alongside the name Traflow Media N.V., belong to the previous licensing system and do not confirm the current status.
Second, the site’s legal pages contradict each other. The footer and support referred to Curaçao, the terms of use and AML policy to the laws of Anjouan, and the responsible gambling policy contained the details of Funnexus Limitada from Costa Rica. Under these conditions, a user cannot tell which company is responsible for their balance, personal data and complaint handling.
CatCasino has never held a Ukrainian license. PlayCity does not supervise its operations and cannot compel an offshore operator to pay out funds.
For a user from Ukraine, the key problem is not how fast the check is, but how it ends. A Ukrainian document confirms residence in a banned country, which is a ready-made reason to reject KYC, block the account and refuse the payout.
A VPN, a foreign phone number or a different currency do not change your citizenship or address. The fact that the system did not stop a user at the deposit stage does not mean a cashout will be approved: the territorial rules are applied precisely during verification.
Each user could have only one profile: a match in documents, device, IP address or payment details led to a ban.
JoyFactory does not recommend sending a passport, a selfie or a bank statement to an operator with a revoked license and contradictory legal documents.

The difference between the rule versions comes down to a specific amount: with a €300 bonus, x35 wagering means a turnover of €10,500, while x45 means €13,500. That is €3000 in extra bets for the same bonus, and the user only finds out which version applies from the terms of a specific campaign.
Some promo codes promised no-deposit free spins. In public reviews they were criticized for high wagering, a short validity period and a cap on the maximum cashout.
The CatCasino program included cashback, Monday gifts, free spins on certain days of the week and deposit reloads. Some of the offers were available to all registered users without a separate VIP club.
Cashback could carry x45 or x50 wagering, so the credited amount was not the equivalent of a real refund. The large percentages were offset by limits on the maximum bet, the list of eligible slots and the payout cap.
Since the license was revoked, JoyFactory does not consider any advertised Cat Casino bonus a confirmed offer.
About 4000 titles were advertised, over 3800 of them slot machines. That is roughly 95% of the library; live, table, crash and other formats make up about 5%. The actual selection depended on the country and the domain.
The providers mentioned included NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Playʼn GO, Betsoft, Amatic, Amusnet, Playson, Red Tiger, Quickspin, Big Time Gaming, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming and Yggdrasil.
The library was split into sections: all games, popular, new, favorites, recently played, jackpots and Bonus Buy. Search worked by title, and hovering over a game tile showed a demo mode button with play credits; winnings in demo mode were not transferred to the real balance.
Roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and game shows with dealers; the list of studios depended on the country. Demo mode was not supported for live streams, as a real-money balance was required.
Since Ukraine is on the list of banned countries, the fact that a particular table can be opened through a mirror does not mean CatCasino allows a Ukrainian user to play.
Crash games, wheels, Mines, Dice and Plinko. In the crash format, the multiplier grows until a random moment, and you have to cash out before it stops. Because rounds are so frequent, turnover builds up faster than in slots, although this does not improve the mathematical odds; see the responsible gambling rules.
The advertised average RTP of about 95% is not a confirmed figure for the whole library: each provider sets the RTP separately for a game and its version, and a single slot can have several configurations.
Certified random number generators from well-known suppliers do not guarantee that the operator will pay out or will not block the account. Given the revoked license, contradictory documents and the territorial ban, JoyFactory does not consider CatCasino’s financial reliability acceptable.

Withdrawal limits are tied to the total amount deposited. Up to €1500 in deposits: €1500 per day, €3000 per week, €15,000 per month. Over €1500: €2500, €5500 and €25,000 respectively. Over €10,000: €4000, €21,000 and €61,000.
In other words, a newcomer’s monthly maximum is four times lower than the limit of a user who has deposited more than €10,000. The highest cashout level is only available after substantial deposits.
CatCasino credited deposits instantly, but KYC had to be completed before the first payout, and this is exactly where a Ukrainian player runs into an unsolvable problem.
There is no confirmed official CatCasino app for Android or iOS. The main mobile format is a mobile-friendly browser version: the game library, live games, bonuses, cashier and support are all available in the browser.
Third-party pages publish APK files and download buttons. Without a valid license and a verified app store, the authenticity of such a file cannot be guaranteed.
JoyFactory does not recommend installing a Cat Casino APK from a mirror, a Telegram channel or a file-sharing service: a fake app can steal your password, documents and payment details.
Weekly leaderboard tournaments with a shared prize pool of about €4000, jackpot campaigns, reloads, Monday gifts and free spin giveaways. Points were awarded for bets or winning combinations in selected slots.
Because of the revoked license and the territorial ban, all old tournament terms are for reference only.
The main channel is a 24/7 live chat; you need to enter a nickname and e-mail before the conversation starts. There is also [email protected] and an international phone number, +44 20 4577 0756. There is no Ukrainian number.
In public tests, an agent joined within 1–3 minutes, and simple questions about bonuses and payments were resolved quickly. E-mail replies took up to 24 hours, and in some complaints no reply came for several days.
A fast chat does not mean a fast resolution. Once a request was passed to the finance or security department, the agent could not give an exact timeframe.

The last case is telling in two ways: it shows both the contradictions between the legal pages and the lack of a clear regulator to file a complaint with. For a user from Ukraine, the risk is higher: even without any other grounds, CatCasino can point to the banned country of residence.
A large game library does not make up for a revoked license and a direct ban on players from Ukraine.
Historically, CatCasino had a large game library, fast e-wallet payouts and regular promotions. The score is dragged down by the revoked Curaçao license, the ban on players from Ukraine, the lack of the hryvnia and the Ukrainian language, contradictory legal documents and the risk of failing KYC.
