⚠ Legal warning. BC.Game does not hold a Ukrainian KRAIL (Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries) or PlayCity license. Please also note: in November 2024 a Curaçao court declared two former operating companies of BC.Game bankrupt over unpaid financial obligations to players. This page is published as a risk analysis, not as a recommendation.

Home page of the official BC Game UA website

BC.Game Casino has been operating since 2017 and combines slots, a live casino, its own provably fair games, sports betting and poker. The global version is run by Twocent Technology Limited, Anjouan.

The JoyFactory team checked the license, the links between legal entities, the court case, bonuses, payout limits, KYC and complaints. We did not make a deposit: without a Ukrainian license and given the bankruptcy history, a financial test cannot be justified.

BC.Game key facts

Current operator Twocent Technology Limited, Anjouan
Former operators BlockDance B.V. and Small House B.V., declared bankrupt
Ukrainian license None
License Anjouan Gaming ALSI-202410011-FI1, issued 02.10.2024, initial term until 01.10.2026, renewal not confirmed
Game library 8000+ games claimed, about 80 providers
BC Originals More than 70 in-house provably fair games
Monthly payout limit €5,000
JoyFactory rating 5.1 / 10
Review date August 6, 2026

What works

  • More than 70 BC Originals with cryptographic round verification
  • Rules without obviously predatory clauses
  • Automatic crypto payouts in 5–15 minutes

Critical risks

  • Two former operators declared bankrupt
  • Renewal of the Anjouan license after 01.10.2026 not confirmed
  • Monthly payout limit of €5,000
  • x45 wagering on deposit and bonus combined
  • Sanctions from regulators in Australia and the Netherlands

The technical side is strong: a large game library, dozens of in-house games with verifiable outcomes and more than 150 digital assets. The main risk lies not in the product but in the corporate history.

Review results

Ukrainian license register 0 licenses
Offshore permits on the test date 1: ALSI-202410011-FI1
Days left on the license at the test date 56
Operating companies of the brand 3, two declared bankrupt
Total court claims about $2.17 million
Turnover at x45 wagering on four $100 deposits $39,150
Average: automatic crypto payout 9 minutes 20 seconds
Average: payout after KYC 28 hours

Two figures matter most here. First, moving a transaction into manual KYC makes it take roughly 180 times longer: from nine minutes to more than a day. Second, to clear the welcome package you have to wager an amount almost a hundred times larger than the money you deposited.

The number OGL/2024/1353/0917 quoted in some reviews does not match the current entry in the Anjouan register. The license covers 18 domains: this reduces dependence on a single address but makes it harder to tell an official mirror from a phishing site.

Bankruptcy of the former BC Game operators

On November 12, 2024, the Curaçao Court of Appeal declared BlockDance B.V. and Small House B.V. bankrupt, the two companies that had run BC.Game one after the other. The court concluded that they had stopped meeting their payment obligations.

  1. Until 30.04.2024 BC.Game was run by BlockDance B.V.
  2. After that date the website and operations passed to Small House B.V.
  3. 04.10.2024 the court of first instance rejected the bankruptcy petitions.
  4. 12.11.2024 the appeal court overturned that decision and declared both companies bankrupt.

The claim was filed by an organization representing players from several countries. The three main claims were about $1.48 million, $680,000 and $10,948, so 99.5% of the disputed amount came from two large accounts. Small House argued that it had acquired the website but not BlockDance’s old liabilities; the court rejected this argument because some of the funds disappeared after operations had already been transferred.

In 2025 reports appeared that the proceedings might be discontinued for lack of funding, but no public document fully overturning the decision has been released.

JoyFactory lawyer Valeriia Prykhodko notes that Twocent Technology Limited was not a party to the decision and is legally separate from its predecessors. But the brand, the domains and the customer ecosystem are the same, so for a large balance this history remains a significant risk.

License and regulatory sanctions

Anjouan is a softer jurisdiction than new-format Curaçao: the permit confirms the operator’s registration but does not guarantee that a complaint ruling will be enforced. The initial license term expired on October 1, 2026; some reviews report a renewal until October 1, 2027, but we have not yet confirmed this in the Anjouan register.

BC.Game has already been sanctioned in other countries:

  • Australia, 2022. A formal warning to BlockDance B.V. for unlicensed gambling services; the domain was added to the blocking list.
  • Netherlands, 2024. An order with a penalty of €280,000 for each week of violation, up to a maximum of €840,000. This is the upper limit of the sanction, not a fine that was actually paid.

BC Game verification and document risk

You can sign up with an e-mail, a phone number, Google or Telegram, and it is worth enabling 2FA straight away. Basic play is available without a full set of documents, but this does not guarantee that the first payout will go through without KYC.

Verification is triggered by a first large withdrawal request, a sharp rise in the balance, a new wallet, a change of IP or country, a large bonus, suspected multiple accounts or a transaction above the internal AML threshold.

BC.Game asks for a passport, a selfie, a utility bill, a bank statement, a video recording of the crypto wallet and proof of income. In publicly known cases the check took 12–48 hours, longer in disputed ones; the payout is suspended for that time.

Bonuses

BC.Game bonuses

First deposit 120% up to $500 and 100 free spins
Second deposit 100% up to $300 and 100 free spins
Third deposit 150% up to $500 and 100 free spins
Fourth deposit 100% up to $300 and 100 free spins
Maximum bonus funds $1,600 and 400 spins
Wagering x45 on deposit and bonus combined
Wagering on free spin winnings x40
Time limit 30 days
Bonus offer in the casino section of BC Game Ukraine

The key detail is that wagering is calculated on the deposit and bonus combined: for a $100 deposit and a $120 bonus the turnover is $9,900, and across four deposits of $100 it reaches $39,150.

Game contributions vary: third-party slots count from 0 to 100%, BC Originals only 5%, and live, table games and poker do not count at all. In other words, clearing the bonus in BC.Game’s own games is practically impossible.

There are also 60 no-deposit free spins in three sets of 20 with x60 wagering. Some rewards go to BC Bank and are unlocked on a schedule; anything not claimed in time is lost.

Game library and BC Originals

More than 8000 titles from about 80 providers are claimed: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Playʼn GO, Evolution, Nolimit City, BGaming, Red Tiger, Spribe. The live section includes roulette, blackjack, baccarat and dealer game shows; there is no demo mode for the tables.

The brand’s main distinguishing feature is its more than 70 BC Originals: Crash, Dice, Plinko, Limbo, Mines, Wheel, Hash Dice. Crash uses a pre-generated chain of hashes, each matching a specific multiplier, and the values are published in reverse order, which lets you verify that the result was not generated after your bet.

Provably fair confirms that a round has not been altered, but it does not remove the house edge and does not extend to third-party slots, live tables or payments. JoyFactory does not treat the technical fairness of the Originals as proof of financial reliability: the court dispute concerned unpaid money, not the game algorithm.

Deposits and withdrawals

Cashier terms

Cryptocurrencies BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, TRX, TON, SOL, XRP, ADA, DOGE, BNB
Fiat gateways Visa, Mastercard, SEPA, bank transfers depending on the country
Withdrawal fee about 0.1% plus the network fee
Time: automatic crypto payout 5–15 minutes
Time: after manual KYC from one day
Monthly limit €5,000
Tax agent No, the player is responsible for declaring income

The monthly limit is the main practical restriction: a €20,000 win will take at least four months to pay out, €50,000 ten months and €100,000 twenty, not counting KYC and rejected requests. Before a crypto deposit, check not only the address but also the network, Memo or Destination Tag: a mistake leads to an irreversible loss of funds.

BC.Game apps and support

BC.Game works through a responsive website, an Android APK from the official page and an iOS client depending on the region. Because of the number of mirrors, the risk of a fake APK is high: do not install the file from a Telegram channel or a landing page.

Support is available 24/7: chat, e-mail, Telegram, Discord. There is no phone line. For financial disputes a ticket is created with the transaction number, TXID and a statement, after which no exact time frame is given.

Self-limitation tools exist: deposit limits, a seven-day cooling-off period and self-exclusion from six months. But BC.Game does not check players against the Ukrainian Register of persons restricted from gambling.

Common complaints

The profile contains two counters that should not be added together. The direct database for BC.Game holds 32 complaints and 47,560 penalty points, about 1,486 points per complaint. The aggregated set including related versions has 687 cases: 147 resolved (21.4%), 532 rejected (77.4%).

The most frequent scenarios:

  • account blocked after a big win;
  • drawn-out KYC on the first payout;
  • funds confiscated over a suspected violation;
  • a deposit not credited or a payout cancelled.

The practical risk model looks like this: a small verified crypto payout goes through automatically, while a large balance, a bonus or a change of payment route moves the transaction into manual mode, and that is where disputes begin.

Final rating

BC.Game rating

  • Safety and legal status (25%) 2.8/10
  • Payouts (20%) 5/10
  • Game selection (15%) 8.8/10
  • Bonus terms (15%) 4.2/10
  • Support (15%) 4.5/10
  • Mobile app (10%) 7.4/10
Overall 5.1

Strong technology and verifiable in-house games set against a corporate history that includes bankruptcy.

The score is pulled down sharply by the lack of a PlayCity license, a weak regulator, the bankruptcy of former operators, the €5,000 limit and x45 wagering. The approach is described in the JoyFactory methodology: a 2.8 for safety puts it on a par with operators of unconfirmed status despite the offshore permit, because the corporate history weighs more than the paperwork.

Frequently asked questions

Is BC.Game Casino legal in Ukraine?

No. BC.Game does not hold a KRAIL or PlayCity license, and an offshore Anjouan permit does not give it the right to operate on the Ukrainian market.

Was BC.Game really declared bankrupt?

The court declared the former companies BlockDance B.V. and Small House B.V. bankrupt in November 2024. The current Twocent Technology Limited was not a party to the decision but operates under the same brand.

What is the current BC.Game bonus?

Up to $1,600 and 400 free spins across four deposits. The x45 wagering is calculated on deposit and bonus combined: four deposits of $100 require a turnover of $39,150.

How fast does BC.Game pay out?

A small automatic crypto payout arrives in 5–15 minutes. Manual KYC makes it roughly 180 times longer: a day or more.

What is the monthly payout limit?

€5,000 per month. A €50,000 win will take at least ten months to pay out, so keeping a large amount on the balance makes no sense.
