Megapari has been operating since 2019. A single account gives access to pre-match and live betting, esports, virtual sports and a casino. The operator of megapari.com is VDSOFT&SCRIPT DEVELOPMENT SRL, registered in Costa Rica and licensed in Anjouan; payments are processed by the Cypriot company PARAPLAYA LTD.

On the product side, Megapari is one of the strongest operators in this section. But it is one of the few brands in this section against which the Ukrainian regulator has issued a direct decision to restrict access, and that is what defines its legal status.

We did not create an account, use mirror sites or make any payments. We assessed the line using publicly available figures and calculated the margin mathematically.

The bias towards football is obvious: almost three quarters of the control sample are football matches. This is not a drawback but the operator’s profile: if you bet on football, the line is wide; if you bet on tennis or basketball, the choice is much narrower.

This is the key figure of the review. An automatic payout to an e-wallet is completed in a quarter of an hour, but the average problem scenario takes 17 days, roughly 1632 times longer. The gap between the two states of the system is wider here than at any other operator in this section.
At the time of our check, Anjouan Gaming license No. ALSI-112310012-FI5 had valid status in the register, type B2C; it was issued on October 13, 2023. It is valid until October 12, 2026; renewal has not been confirmed.
JoyFactory lawyer Valeriia Prykhodko highlights two points. First, the old Curaçao numbers 365/JAZ and 8048/JAZ, which still appear in reviews, are outdated for 2026: the most recent known permit was issued by Anjouan.
Second, and more important: on September 12, 2024, the Ukrainian regulator issued an order to restrict access to megapari.com. This sets Megapari apart from most offshore operators in this section (except the sanctioned 1xBet and BetBoom): it is not just that it has no license, there is a direct blocking decision.
The rules contain four potentially unfair provisions: confiscation of winnings for receiving an additional bonus; treating bonus hunting as a serious violation; confiscation for low-risk play; and cancellation of winnings for certain wagering techniques. The basic rules for real-money play look stable, and the risk is concentrated around bonuses.

The football line is the largest: even in the off-season, more than 1500 matches are available. In busy periods tennis offers 250–300 events across ATP, WTA, Challenger and ITF; basketball offers roughly the same. Esports has its own section with CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends and Valorant, and there are niche sports such as pesäpallo and hurling.
A popular football match offers up to 1300 markets: 1X2, double chance, Asian and European handicaps, totals, both teams to score, correct score, goalscorer, player statistics, corners, cards, offsides, time intervals and combined outcomes.
A top NBA or EuroLeague game gets 500–600 markets, and a top hockey event more than 1000. On less popular matches the number drops noticeably because of the amount of statistics and liquidity. In addition to singles, accumulators and system bets are available.
The old estimate of a margin from 1.5% was not confirmed by our current snapshot. In recent control reviews, the margin on popular events is 3–5%, and 6–8% on niche sports and secondary markets.
On symmetrical markets, odds of 1.94 mean a margin of 3.09%, 1.92 means 4.17%, and 1.86 means 7.53%. In other words, a difference of 0.08 points more than doubles the margin. A margin of 3–5% is competitive even against legal Ukrainian bookmakers, whose range is 2.6–6.7%.
Live betting runs around the clock, with more than a thousand matches a day. Streaming, a match tracker, statistics, Quick Bet, Multi-Live, and full and partial Cash-out are available. In football you can bet on the next goal, corners, cards and the total for the rest of the match.
The live margin is higher than the pre-match one, and during a dangerous attack or a VAR check, markets are temporarily suspended and Cash-out may disappear.

x5 wagering is one of the lowest among offshore bookmakers. For comparison, the casino side of the same brand requires x35, which means seven times more turnover for the same amount.
An important condition: the second bonus is credited only after the first one has been wagered, and under some regional rules the next deposit must be made within 24 hours. The alternative is a sports Free Bet of up to $100 with stricter requirements: an accumulator of at least four selections at 1.60 or higher, with a deadline of up to 30 days. The deposit bonus, the Free Bet and the casino package are mutually exclusive.

More than 50 payment systems are supported, an independent catalog lists up to 85 methods, and more than 100 fiat currencies and about 13 cryptocurrencies are available.
A regular deposit may not trigger full KYC right away, but before a payout you are asked for a passport, a selfie, proof of address, a bank statement and documents on the source of funds. The stated verification time is 24–48 hours, but in a public case from 2026 it remained incomplete for more than 15 days, blocking both the deposit and the payout.
For Android, an APK is available from the web version rather than via Google Play. For iPhone, there is a PWA through Safari and, in some regions, TestFlight. There is no permanent App Store listing, so it cannot be called a classic native app. Do not install APKs or configuration profiles from third-party websites.
Support covers 58 languages across the website, chat and customer service, and Ukrainian is included in all three lists, which is rare for offshore platforms. However, in an independent series of nine checks, the chat was rated below standard: most tests showed incomplete or template answers, and after escalation the agent has no control over how long the financial check takes.
Self-exclusion tools are advertised, but the platform does not check players against the Ukrainian Register of persons restricted from gambling.
The aggregated database contains 196 complaints: 77 resolved (39.3%), 116 rejected (59.2%), three in progress and zero unresolved. For a large platform this is a strong result: not a single complaint was left without an outcome.
The most frequent issues: a delayed payout, repeated KYC checks, a deposit debited but not credited, and an account restricted after a document request.
Cases from 2026: a deposit not credited for six days even after the payment was confirmed; an amount under review for more than 15 days with no KYC instructions; and a resolved case with a delay of more than 30 days. The last one is telling: the outcome was positive, but the timeline shows the gap between the automatic and the dispute scenario.
A large public review platform has collected more than 4600 reviews, about 55% with five stars and about 30% with one. The signal is clearly polarized.
A strong product and one of the lowest wagering requirements in this section, set against a direct blocking order.
The score is supported by the breadth of the line, the depth of the football markets, x5 sports wagering, Ukrainian-language support and zero unresolved complaints. It is lowered by the lack of a PlayCity license, the regulator’s direct order to restrict access, the unconfirmed renewal of the Anjouan license (valid until October 12, 2026) and the wide spread of payout times.
