WinBoss casino is a Ukrainian gambling platform owned by WINBOSS LLC, registered in Odesa. The company was set up on December 6, 2023, and the online casino was launched on the winboss.ua domain at the end of 2024. The platform operated in hryvnias and offered slots, table, crash and live games, with no sportsbook.
The main risk for users as of August 2026 is the unconfirmed current license status and the unstable availability of the official domain. The JoyFactory team checked the license history, website availability, game library, payout times and public user complaints.

We cannot recommend WinBoss for a new deposit until the operator confirms its current license status and the stable operation of its official domain. The game library, demo mode and loyalty program looked competitive at launch, but these advantages do not make up for the uncertainty around state regulation and the complaints about delayed payouts.

Because the official domain is unstable, we could not run a full test cycle with our own money (deposit, KYC and withdrawal). The times below are based on public user cases and archived materials.

The spread in payout times, from 30 minutes to four days, is the main complaint about the cashier. At operators in our ranking, the gap between the best and the worst result rarely exceeds a few hours.
License and the main risk
Historically, the online casino operated under a license held by WINBOSS LLC, issued on September 16, 2024 under decision No. 430 of September 10, 2024. The document was initially valid for five years. At that time, the market was regulated by KRAIL (Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries).
After KRAIL was dissolved, its powers passed to the PlayCity agency. JoyFactory lawyer Valeriia Prykhodko reviewed the regulator’s available materials and found no separate, up-to-date confirmation that the WinBoss license had been extended, terminated or reissued. So it is not correct to call the casino a currently licensed operator without an additional document.
A separate note on the confusion over numbers:
No. 430 is the only number historically consistent with the original WinBoss license data;
No. 680, which appears in some tables, does not match this data;
the reference to decision No. 125 has no confirmed basis either.
What this means for players. Without a confirmed regulatory status, you will not be able to turn to PlayCity if a dispute with the operator arises. Winnings on a platform that is not covered by current Ukrainian regulation have no legal protection, and this applies to both account blocking and non-payment.

Registration and verification
Creating an account. You could sign up with a phone number, an e-mail address, Google or Telegram. The password had to contain at least eight characters, a digit, and lowercase and uppercase letters.
Confirming your contact details. After filling in the form, the user entered an SMS code or followed a link from an e-mail.
Passing KYC. To deposit, withdraw and claim bonuses, you had to upload a passport or driving license. Automatic verification via BankID was also mentioned.
Without full identification, only demo mode remained available. The operator could also ask for a selfie, proof of your bank card or documents on the source of funds. For large or unusual transactions, the check could take up to 72 hours.
WinBoss bonuses
Welcome package
There is no single confirmed size of the welcome package. Different archived materials mentioned:
120% and 50 free spins;
150% and 250 free spins;
a package of up to UAH 250,000 and 250 free spins.
Depending on the offer, the minimum deposit ranged from UAH 150 to 300. The exact wagering, maximum bet and wagering period were not disclosed publicly.
Because the official domain is unstable, the current bonus terms cannot be verified. Do not treat these figures as a current offer: they are given only to explain the history of the brand.
Boss Shop and the loyalty program
In the loyalty program, users collected in-house points for bets and deposits. Rewards could be claimed through Boss Shop, a store with bonus funds, free spins and other offers.
There was also a VIP club and a Loyalty Card shared between the online platform and land-based venues. The card let you collect points and enter private prize draws. The operator did not provide a public table of levels, thresholds and rewards.
Game library
Slots
The first materials after launch mentioned 1000 to 3000 games. However, the latest available snapshot showed just over 200 titles. Such a gap may point to a smaller library or a partial wind-down of the online business, which is an additional warning sign on top of the main risk.
Slots were divided into New, Popular, Megaways and Fruits. The roughly 19 providers included Thunderspin, Pragmatic Play, Champion, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Playson, Wazdan and Evoplay. Thunderspin had the largest presence, with about 45 games.

Live casino
The live section ran on Evolution content and offered roulette, blackjack, baccarat and other dealer games. It was smaller than the slots section. The number of tables and the exact betting limits were not disclosed publicly.
Demo mode was not available for live games. To open a table, you needed full verification and funds on your real-money balance.
Instant and scratch games
Besides slots, the library included crash games, instant titles and scratch cards. Some of them could be launched without registration using play money.
RTP and fairness
The advertised average RTP was about 95%. Figures for individual slots were mostly in the 96–97% range.
An important point: certified titles confirm that a specific piece of game software works correctly, but they do not replace a valid license held by the operator itself. Without a confirmed regulatory status, it is harder for a user to challenge an account block or non-payment, and a provider’s certificate will not help here.

Limits were set individually. It is precisely because of the inconsistent payout times and complaints about non-payment that the cashier gets the lowest score in this review: 3.5 out of 10.
Under our methodology, a payout score below 4 is a blocking factor: an operator with such a score does not make it into the main ranking, even if its other features are acceptable. We applied this rule in this case as well.
Mobile format
The mobile-friendly version mirrored the main features of the website. You could open it in an Android or iOS browser without installing any extra files.
The status of separate apps remains unclear. Some older materials described apps for Android, Windows and macOS, but other available data indicated that there was no full-fledged mobile client. The desktop “app” may have been just a quick-access shortcut.
Tournaments and promotions
The platform ran tournaments, prize draws and promo code offers. A code could be entered during registration. Some rewards were credited after full verification or after completing tasks in the loyalty program.
Since there is no stable access to the official bonus section, none of the old promotions should be considered valid in August 2026.
Support
The main channels were a 24/7 online chat and e-mail at [email protected]. According to public cases, an agent joined the chat in about 1–5 minutes.
Agents answered simple requests quickly. But when it came to delayed payouts, users complained about template messages with no specific resolution time. So the speed of connection cannot be equated with the quality of help, and the support score reflects the latter.
User complaints
The main risk is delayed payouts or no payout at all after successful verification. In public cases, users reported waiting:

three days;
four days.
There are also complaints about support replies that did not explain the reason for the delay.
The second problem is contradictory information about the license, the number of games, bonuses and mobile apps. Until winboss.ua works reliably again and WinBoss appears in the current PlayCity register, signing up and depositing is risky.

WinBoss had a convenient interface, demo mode and a loyalty program linked to land-based venues. However, the uncertainty around the license, the unstable official domain, the reduced game library and the payout complaints mean we cannot recommend the platform for real-money play.
