Vegas Casino (Vegas UA) is a legal Ukrainian online casino run by SPARKTEK LLC. Vegas Casino has operated on the official domain vegas.ua since 2024, accepts bets in hryvnias only and is open to residents of Ukraine aged 21 and over. There is no sportsbook: the service focuses entirely on slots, live games, crash titles, tournaments and bonus mechanics. The JoyFactory team registered an account, deposited our own money, passed verification, requested a withdrawal and contacted support. Below are the actual times we recorded on August 5, 2026.

Vegas Casino suits players who want a pure casino platform without the clutter of sports betting. Its main strength is the live section with Ukrainian dealers, which most competitors do not have. The main drawback is the limited cashier: both deposits and withdrawals work through just two payment systems.

How we tested Vegas Casino

The test was carried out by Oleksandr Petrov, JoyFactory’s casino author: account registration, a deposit of UAH 500 of our own money, verification via BankID, a UAH 800 withdrawal request and two support requests. The license details and tax deductions were checked separately by Valeriia Prykhodko, our in-house lawyer. The actual times are below.

These times are not guaranteed for every account. Uploading documents manually instead of using BankID takes longer, and a withdrawal that triggers an additional check can take up to 72 hours to process.

License and reliability

Vegas Casino is operated by SPARKTEK LLC, based in Kyiv (EDRPOU code 45479832). The company operates under decision No. 512 of November 7, 2024. Its license to run online casino games on the vegas.ua domain took effect on November 21, 2024 and is valid until November 20, 2029.

When the license was issued, the market was regulated by KRAIL (Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries); oversight now lies with the PlayCity agency, its legal successor. The vegas.ua domain is listed in the official register, and the operator’s legal documents are published in the website footer. The online system is called Royal Wins Soft, with an advertised average theoretical return to player of 96–97%.

An encrypted connection is used to protect data. The casino carries out financial monitoring, identifies its users and offers responsible gambling tools:

• daily deposit limits;
• session time limits;
• a self-assessment test for gambling behavior;
• self-exclusion from the platform.

Registration and verification

1. Creating a profile. You need to enter a mobile phone number, choose a password and confirm that you are 21 or older. Signing up with Google is an alternative. In the JoyFactory test this step took 2 minutes 35 seconds.
2. Choosing a bonus. At the last step, the user picks one of the available welcome offers.
3. Passing KYC. Identification is mandatory before playing for real money. The fastest options are BankID for monobank and PrivatBank customers or Diia.Signature. In the JoyFactory test, the BankID check took 12 minutes 40 seconds.

For a manual check, you need to upload both sides of your ID card or the first pages of your passport, plus your taxpayer ID (RNOKPP). The operator may also ask for:

• a selfie with your document;
• a bank statement;
• a driving license or an international passport;
• proof of address.

You can confirm your phone and e-mail in the Settings tab. The profile, the document and the bank card must belong to the same person: using someone else’s payment details will delay your withdrawal.

Welcome calendar

The welcome program works as a 30-day calendar. During the first month after a deposit, the user can activate bonuses one after another worth a total of up to UAH 1,000,000 and 2000 Fortune Spins. On different days the calendar offers a deposit match, free spins or a combined reward.

Eligible slots count 100% towards wagering. Live games, table games and video poker do not count at all, which matters if you plan to play mainly in the live section.

The main trap of the calendar is the combination of a short deadline and high wagering: each bonus gives you 24 hours to activate it and 72 hours to wager it. Miss one stage and it is gone for good.

Cashback and the loyalty program

The VEGAS club program has ten leagues: Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Prestige, Premium, Elite and Royal. Every hryvnia bet from the main balance earns one progress point.

Moving up a level brings VCoin, bonus funds, Fortune Spins and Powermoney. From the Gold league onwards, a weekly deposit booster is available; in the top leagues it grows to 120%, and players may be assigned a personal VIP manager.

The VIP Wheel awards bonus funds, free spins or a deposit match, with a maximum single prize of UAH 10,000. Transferring your VIP status from another licensed Ukrainian casino lets you start in a higher league.

Demo mode is available for most slots, but only after you create a profile. That is a noticeable drawback compared with casinos where free play is open without logging in.

The live section offers roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and game shows from Evolution, Ezugi, Live88 and TVBet. The key advantage of Vegas Casino is its tables with Ukrainian dealers, streamed from a studio in Kyiv.

Limits depend on the title:

• Speed Roulette: UAH 12 to 200,000;
• Infinite Blackjack: UAH 50 to 250,000;
• Power Blackjack: from UAH 250;
• Mega Wheel: from UAH 2;
• Mega Ball: from UAH 0.50.

Demo mode is not available in live games.

Crash games and table titles

Instant games include Aviator by Spribe and Space XY by BGaming. Table titles have to be found through the general search bar, as there is no separate category for them: French Roulette, Texas Holdem, Baccarat Triple Treat and Blackjack Bonus Wheel 1000 are available.

RTP and fairness

The officially advertised average RTP is 96–97%. The exact figure depends on the provider, the specific slot and its version; you can check it in the game’s info menu.

RTP does not mean you will get the stated percentage back in a single session: the figure is calculated over a large number of bets. Crash games, slots with a Bonus Buy feature and the Extreme category, where bets can start at UAH 5000 per spin, carry a particularly high risk.

Deposits and withdrawals

Funds are withdrawn to the same card you deposited from. What else to keep in mind:

• the amount you deposit must be used for bets, otherwise the operator may withhold up to 10% of the withdrawal amount;
• if a win is much larger than your last deposit, the casino has the right to set a daily limit and pay the amount in installments over 30 days;
• if an additional check is required, the whole process can take up to 72 hours.

Vegas Casino acts as a tax agent and withholds 23% of the full withdrawal amount. For example, if you request UAH 10,000, UAH 7700 will reach your card. JoyFactory lawyer Valeriia Prykhodko points out that the tax is calculated on the whole withdrawal amount, not on your net winnings, which noticeably reduces the real return on play.

Mobile apps

Vegas Casino has a mobile-friendly HTML5 website and native apps for Android and iOS. Their features match the desktop version: the game library, live games, bonuses, cashier, VIP program and support are all available.

The Android app is downloaded as an APK from the official website; before installing it, you need to allow apps from unknown sources. The iPhone version is available on the App Store. Frequently used sections are pinned to the bottom of the screen.

Tournaments and promotions

Live chat works around the clock. When the JoyFactory team got in touch, an agent joined after 2 minutes 14 seconds, and the answer to our follow-up question came in 3 minutes 2 seconds. Support is available in Ukrainian.

The most frequent complaints about Vegas Casino:

Final rating

Vegas UA scores highly for its legal status, live tables with Ukrainian dealers, large game library and well-developed VIP system.
