SuperGra casino is a Ukrainian gambling platform run by NATIVE APPS LLC. The operator received its license in December 2022, and the full launch took place in 2023. The official website, supergra.ua, offers more than 7000 games: slots, table games, a live casino and crash games. The JoyFactory team checked the license details, the registration flow, verification methods, cashier rules, the game library and the mobile apps. We have not yet run our own deposit and withdrawal test for SuperGra, so payment times are given according to the casino’s official rules, and this is marked separately in the text.

The main drawbacks are a limited choice of payment methods and the fact that the actual payout speed depends on your bank.

We also checked the iOS app separately: a rating of 4.5 out of 5 based on 777 ratings, a size of 13 MB and a minimum system version of iOS 15.6.
What we have not done yet: our own deposit, verification and withdrawal test. The 36 hours stated in the rules is SuperGra’s upper limit, not a result we measured. Once the test is done, the payouts score will be reviewed and the change recorded in the changelog at the bottom of the page.
SuperGra casino is operated by NATIVE APPS LLC. The license to organize and conduct online casino gambling was issued on December 22, 2022 under decision No. 434 of December 13, 2022. The document’s initial term is five years, until December 2027.
At the time the license was issued, the market was regulated by KRAIL (Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries); after KRAIL was dissolved, state oversight passed to the PlayCity agency. SuperGra uses the Horizon online system.
The SuperGra website publishes the casino rules, an AML/KYC policy, the public offer, promotion terms and responsible gambling principles. Each user may have only one personal account, and duplicate profiles are closed. We check the license status every month.

The main thing to keep in mind: the exact wagering, maximum bet, list of eligible slots and wagering period are shown not on the banner but on the card of the specific bonus. The figures may differ for the cash reward and for winnings from free spins.
This is not hiding the terms, as they are available before activation, but it does mean you cannot rely on the promotional banner alone. Before confirming a deposit, open the card and read the parameters of the specific offer.
App installation bonus. The deposit must be made within three days of installing the app:
Birthday bonus. Active verified users get a personal reward with no wagering. To receive it, you need to make at least one deposit of UAH 100 or more before your birthday; the bonus is valid for seven days.

How fast the money actually arrives depends on the bank: some banks may add extra delays. PrivatBank may charge a 1% fee on deposits; this is the bank’s tariff, not a fee charged by SuperGra.
18% personal income tax and a 5% military levy are withheld from the payout amount, with the casino acting as tax agent. JoyFactory lawyer Valeriia Prykhodko points out an interesting detail: under a separate promotion, the withheld 23% may be returned to the gaming balance as bonus funds with x25 wagering. This is not a tax refund: the money arrives as a bonus and has to be wagered.
SuperGra has apps for Android and iOS. The Android APK file is downloaded from the App section of the official website via a direct link or a QR code. The iPhone version is available on the App Store.
