Gorilla Casino is a legal Ukrainian online casino run by GORILLABET LLC, based in Kyiv. The brand entered the market in 2024 and operates on the official domain gorilla.ua. Gorilla Casino is available in Ukrainian only, accepts hryvnias and is aimed at users aged 21 and over. The lobby features slots, a live casino, TV games, bingo, crash formats and rare CCTV games. There is no sports betting.
The JoyFactory team checked the license details, the game library, bonus terms, payment limits and the mobile product. We have not yet run our own payout test for this operator: the times in this review are based on the operator’s stated figures and public sources, and this is flagged separately in the text.

Gorilla Casino suits players who want a large game library, a strong live section and regular quests. Its main strength is the combination of 3500+ games with the gamified Safari section. The main drawbacks are the lack of an Android app and the opaque wagering on the main welcome bonus: you cannot judge the real value of the offer before you register.
The review was prepared by Oleksandr Petrov, JoyFactory’s casino author. The license details were checked by Valeriia Prykhodko, our in-house lawyer.
What we checked directly: the license register entry, the legal entity, the structure of the game library, the Safari section, demo mode availability, the iOS app, cashier limits and the published welcome package terms.
What we have not done yet: our own test of registration, deposit, verification and withdrawal. Unlike other reviews in our ranking, the times below are based on the operator’s stated figures and public sources, not measured by us.
| Registration | up to 2 minutes |
|---|---|
| Deposit credited | 2–10 minutes, up to 60 minutes if the bank is slow |
| Document check (KYC) | up to 24 hours |
| Withdrawal processing | usually up to 24 hours, up to 5 banking days in complex cases |
| First live chat reply | about 2 minutes |
| E-mail reply | up to 1 hour |
Because we have no measurement of our own, we scored payouts cautiously: the “up to five banking days” range for complex cases is much wider than at operators where we recorded the actual time ourselves. Once the test is done, the rating will be reviewed and the change logged in the changelog at the bottom of the page.
Gorilla Casino is operated by GORILLABET LLC. Its license to run online casino gambling was issued on September 2, 2024 under decision No. 417 of August 27, 2024, and is valid for five years, until 2029. At the time of issue the market was regulated by KRAIL (Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries); today oversight is carried out by the PlayCity agency.
The official domain gorilla.ua is listed in the register of licensed online casinos. In January 2026 the regulator updated the details of where GORILLABET LLC carries out its business; this is a routine procedure, not a sanction.
Gorilla Casino uses 256-bit encryption and PCI DSS payment standards. The game software is certified, and slot results are determined by random number generators. Player identification is mandatory for financial transactions. In September 2026 PlayCity fined GORILLABET LLC UAH 432,350: according to industry media, the operator used software from suppliers without a Ukrainian license. This does not revoke the license. As of this update, the safety score has not yet been changed; the fine will be taken into account when it is reviewed. We check the license status every month.
For manual verification the operator accepts a national passport, an international passport or a driving licence. The profile also requires your first name, last name, date of birth, gender, city and an answer to a security question.
The stated KYC time is up to 24 hours. Gorilla Casino may run a second check, for example before a large payout or when you change payment details. Deposits and real-money play are unavailable until KYC is complete.
New users are offered a package of 570% up to UAH 500,000 and 300 free spins across the first seven deposits. The minimum top-up is UAH 100, and the size of the reward depends on the day of activation after registration.
| Advertised value | 570% up to UAH 500,000 + 300 free spins |
|---|---|
| Mechanics | First seven deposits |
| Minimum deposit | UAH 100 |
| On registration day | 200% and 40 free spins |
| Day seven | 200 free spins with no extra percentage |
| Wagering | Not publicly stated |
| Where to wager | A separate selection of slots from approved providers |
| Eligibility | Confirmed phone number and e-mail |
The package’s main problem is that the wagering is not publicly disclosed. It is missing from public sources, and users in reviews describe the turnover requirements as high. This means you cannot judge the real value of the offer before registering: the full rules are visible only in your account after you sign up.
For comparison, most casinos we have reviewed state the wagering right on the promotion page. It is this lack of transparency that made us lower the bonus score despite the large advertised value.
The Retrobonus returns up to 10% of your betting volume, with a maximum reward of UAH 50,000. There is also a Wheel of Fortune, birthday gifts, no-deposit free spins, tournaments and promo codes.
Gorilla Club is an invitation-only program: the operator decides whom to invite, and activity is the main criterion. Levels, thresholds and exact rewards are not published. Members may get a personal manager, higher limits and priority payment processing.
The Gorilla Casino library has more than 3500 games from over 70 providers, the third largest among the Ukrainian casinos we have reviewed, after SuperGra (7000+) and Slots City (6000+). A figure of 8200 titles also circulates, but our check does not confirm it, and it most likely counts different versions of the same games.
Studios include Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Big Time Gaming, 3 Oaks, Wazdan, BetSoft, Thunderkick, Spinomenal, Endorphina and Kalamba Games.
Popular slots and their stated RTP:
The library can be filtered by the categories Top, New, Recommended, Drops & Wins, Megaways and Table Games, as well as by themed collections about fishing, football, fruit, books, animals, Asia and ancient civilizations.
The live section has more than 800 titles:
Content is supplied by Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Live Solutions, Super Nova and Atmosfera. High rollers get VIP tables with maximum limits of up to UAH 1,000,000 and minimum bets of up to UAH 50,000. There is no demo mode in the live casino or TV games.
The instant games section has more than 200 crash titles: Aviator, Aviatrix, JetX, Bayraktar, Plinko Rush, Trading Dice, Mummy’s Mines and Hero’s Quest. Most of them can be launched with a play balance without registering, which is rare on this market.
Safari is a separate gamified section with quests. Each task has a deadline and conditions; once it is completed, the user opens a loot box with a guaranteed reward: free spins, bonus funds or other prizes.
The official RTP range is 94–98%, with a library average of about 95%. That is below the 96–97% average at competitors, so it is especially worth checking a specific title’s RTP in its info menu here: different versions of the same game may have different settings.
A distinctive feature is CCTV content from the 155 io studio. These games use recordings of real physical devices or draws instead of standard slot animation. No other operator we have reviewed offers this format.
| Deposit methods | Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay |
|---|---|
| Withdrawal methods | Visa, Mastercard (the card used to deposit) |
| Minimum deposit | UAH 100 |
| Maximum deposit | UAH 29,999 per transaction |
| Minimum withdrawal | UAH 300 |
| Daily limit | UAH 30,000 |
| Seven-day limit | UAH 200,000 |
| Monthly limit | UAH 500,000 |
| Stated payout time | usually up to 24 hours, up to 5 banking days in complex cases |
| Tax | 23% (18% personal income tax + 5% military levy) |
What to keep in mind before withdrawing:
The fee on an unwagered deposit is a condition worth reading carefully. In practice it means you cannot simply deposit money and withdraw it straight away without playing: the operator will keep up to 10% of the amount.
The official Gorilla Casino app is available for iPhone only. It is rated 4.7 out of 5 based on more than 880 reviews, takes up about 82 MB and requires iOS 15.0 or later.
App Store comments include complaints about withdrawal problems and ad breaks lasting 3–5 minutes. Keep this in mind despite the high average rating.
There is no Android app. Users can open the mobile version of gorilla.ua and add a shortcut to the home screen via the browser menu. The mobile site supports the game library, live games, the cashier, Safari, bonuses and support. The lack of an Android client is the main reason the mobile score is not higher.
Gorilla Casino runs tournaments with leaderboards, promo code giveaways and daily quests. Every week up to 2500 no-deposit free spins are given away to active subscribers on Telegram.
Each month the operator also distributes 100 promo codes among its Telegram, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram followers. Promo codes are entered during registration or in the Promo section of your account.
Support is available 24/7 via live chat and e-mail at [email protected]. The stated average time to the first chat reply is about 2 minutes, and e-mails may take up to an hour to process. Support is provided in Ukrainian.
We have not measured support speed for this operator ourselves, so the score is based on stated figures and user reviews. It will be refined after testing.
The main complaints about Gorilla Casino:
A large library and 800+ live tables, but opaque bonus terms.
Gorilla Casino scores highly for its game library, live section, license and the gamified Safari section. The rating is lowered by the lack of an Android app, the opaque welcome package wagering, possible payout delays of several banking days and the fee on an unwagered deposit.
Note that the payout and support scores were given without our own measurement, based on the operator’s stated figures. The rating will be reviewed after the test. Our approach is described in the JoyFactory methodology, and you can see who worked on this review on our editorial team page.
