We contacted support twice: about the terms of the Champion Start package and about installing the PWA. The agent named the x35 wagering correctly, but we had to ask a separate question to get an explanation of the maximum bet.

What to keep in mind:
The operator acts as a tax agent and automatically withholds 23% of the entire withdrawal amount: 18% personal income tax and 5% military levy. JoyFactory lawyer Valeriia Prykhodko points out that the tax is calculated on the whole amount withdrawn, not on net winnings, so the amount that reaches your card will be noticeably lower than the one in your request.
