VBET is an international betting brand that has been operating since 2003 and has been legally accepting bets in Ukraine since 2022. The Ukrainian platform vbet.ua is run by VBET UKRAINE LLC. One account gives access to sports, esports, the casino, the live casino and online poker.
The JoyFactory team created an account, passed verification, deposited our own money, checked the markets on 36 events across five sports, measured the margin, placed a series of ten live bets and contacted support. Below are the actual figures we recorded on August 5, 2026.

VBET suits users who want an all-in-one platform with a wide range of markets, high maximum bets and one balance for sports, casino and poker. Its main strength is the depth of the line: more than 50 sports and over 2000 events every day.
The main drawback is the uneven margin. On top European football it is 3.6%, which is very good, but on the UPL it is already 7.2%, and on esports 8.3%. If you bet regularly on niche markets, compare the odds with competitors.
VBET is a 2-in-1 brand. This review covers the betting platform. The casino and poker operate under separate licenses within the same account.

Line analysis. We checked 36 events: 15 football matches, 8 tennis matches, 5 basketball games, 4 hockey games and 4 esports matches.
Bet acceptance. Of ten live bets, seven were accepted at unchanged odds, in two cases the odds dropped, and one had to be confirmed again. Cash Out was available on eight of ten active bet slips; on two low-liquidity events the early settlement feature did not work.
About payout times. We submitted a UAH 1600 withdrawal request to a Ukrainian bank card, but we do not report the final crediting time for it, as it is not confirmed by our own measurement. The guide below comes from public cases: the average time for successful payouts to a standard card is 19 hours 35 minutes. For Monobank, PUMB and UKRSIBBANK, the time was much longer and in some cases approached four to six business days.
VBET performed best on the depth of its football and basketball markets, and worst on the margin for minor events and payout times to cards of certain banks.
The betting business in Ukraine is run by VBET UKRAINE LLC (EDRPOU code 43904440). The license was issued on January 31, 2022 under decision No. 15 of January 18, 2022, with an initial term of five years. At that time the market was regulated by KRAIL (Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries).
JoyFactory’s lawyer Valeriia Prykhodko checked the current status: in May 2026, PlayCity issued the company new online casino and poker licenses. The old permits under decisions No. 314 and No. 315 reached the end of their five-year term in June 2026, so citing only the 2021 documents is no longer enough.
We should also mention an episode that lowered the reliability score: in February 2026, following a scheduled inspection, PlayCity fined VBET UKRAINE LLC UAH 432,350 for breaching legal requirements and license conditions. The license was not revoked, but this fact is reflected in the rating.
The operator checks users against the state Register of persons restricted from gambling. Only your own payment details may be used for deposits and payouts. We check the license status every month.
After registration, one profile is used for betting, the casino and poker. Creating an extra account may be treated as multi-accounting.
Payouts are unavailable until KYC is complete. Before a large cashout, the operator may again request a selfie, a bank statement, proof of the card or information on the source of funds.

The spread from 3.6% to 10.1% is the widest among the bookmakers we have tested. On major events the odds are competitive, on the regular line they are average, and in live the margin approaches 10%.
This is partly offset by the «Pinnacle» section with Pinnacle odds, which offers alternative prices and higher maximum bets. For regular bettors, it is the main reason to choose VBET.
During dangerous moments and sudden score changes the odds are adjusted further, so the actual live margin may be higher than measured.
VBET offers more than 50 sports and over 2000 events a day. The core of the line is football, tennis, basketball, hockey, volleyball, boxing and MMA.
The football section covers the Champions League, the Europa League, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, the Bundesliga, the UPL, national cups, youth tournaments and national team matches. For a top event, you can bet on the main results, double chance, handicaps, totals, correct score, half results, combo bets, cards, corners, shots, offsides and individual player stats.
In tennis, you can bet on the match winner, sets, games, handicaps, totals, tie-breaks and serve stats. Basketball offers quarters, halves, individual totals and player stats: in our measurement an NBA game had 127 markets, more than an ATP tennis match.
The esports line includes Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Call of Duty and other titles: match and map results, handicaps, round totals and in-game stats. In depth, this section lags behind specialist esports bookmakers: 58 markets per CS2 match versus 72 at GGBet.
A separate «Pinnacle» section gives access to Pinnacle lines and odds. It is useful for users looking for alternative odds or higher maximum bets.
Live betting covers football, tennis, basketball, hockey, volleyball, table tennis, esports and virtual competitions. Some matches come with a video stream; others offer a text center and graphic stats.
A useful detail: you can choose one of three modes for how odds changes are handled:
This option is rare on the market, and it directly affects the experience: in our test, two of ten live bets went through at lower odds, which the «higher odds only» setting would have prevented.
Cash Out lets you settle an active bet early to lock in part of your winnings or limit losses. In our sample, the feature was available on eight of ten bet slips; it does not work on low-liquidity events.
You can edit a placed bet only before the event starts, and only if the feature is available for that bet slip. Once the match has started, you are left with Cash Out or waiting for final settlement.
VBET advertises two different offers at the same time, and they are easy to confuse.

The free bet and the large deposit package are separate promotions. Before depositing, open the «Promotions» section and check which bonus is active on your account. Submitting a withdrawal request may cancel an unwagered reward.
Affiliate campaigns may offer a UAH 200 free bet for a deposit of UAH 300 or more plus a promo code. It works pre-match and live, on singles and accumulators, and is usually valid for seven days.
The «Winback» promotion returns part of your lost bets on Counter-Strike. Boosted odds on major football, basketball and tennis events, personal promo codes and cashback are also available. The «Dyvo Koleso» (Wonder Wheel) combines free spins, bonus funds and shares of prize pools: a casino mechanic, but within the same account.

Funds are withdrawn only to Visa or Mastercard cards belonging to the account holder. Splitting a large cashout into transactions of up to UAH 29,999 increases the total time, so keep this in mind when planning to withdraw large amounts.
The maximum bet is set individually: for the EPL it can reach UAH 1 million, while for less liquid sports it can be dozens of times lower. This is one of the highest limits on the Ukrainian market.
At the same time, the operator has the right to lower the maximum bet for a specific account. This most often applies to users who win regularly, bets on low-liquidity markets or suspicious activity.
VBET offers apps for Android and iOS. The Android file is downloaded from the official website, after which you need to allow installation from unknown sources. The iPhone version is available on the App Store, is developed by VBET UKRAINE LLC and supports iOS 15.6 or later.
The apps offer pre-match, live, Cash Out, streams, stats, bonuses, the cashier and support. Their functionality almost fully mirrors the desktop platform.
The main drawback is the size of the menu. Because the bookmaker, casino, poker and extra games are combined, new users will need some time to get used to the navigation.

In response to JoyFactory’s requests, an agent joined in 54 seconds on average, one of the best results in our sample. But an automated assistant replies first, and getting through to a live agent requires a separate request.
Explaining the difference between the sports free bet, the five-deposit package and the casino bonus took 7 minutes 18 seconds: a long time, but the answer was thorough.
E-mail is slower than chat. It makes sense to use it when you need to attach documents, screenshots or a bank statement to your request.

In disputes, VBET usually checks the rules of the specific market, the official result of the event, KYC status and payment history. In complex financial cases, the final answer comes from a separate department.

VBET offers one of the widest lines among Ukrainian bookmakers: more than 50 sports, 2000+ events every day, the «Pinnacle» section and maximum bets of up to UAH 1 million on top events. Fast support and flexible odds acceptance settings are also a plus.
The score is lowered by the uneven margin (from 3.6% on top football to 10.1% in live), the 23% tax, a narrow cashier, payout delays to cards of certain banks and the regulator’s fine in February 2026.
