Betking is a legal Ukrainian bookmaker operated by SLOTS U.A. LLC. The platform has been running since 2021, and at the end of 2024 it was rebranded from Slotoking to Betking and added a full-fledged sportsbook. The betking.com.ua website offers pre-match and live betting on traditional sports, esports and virtual competitions. One account and a shared balance are used for both the sportsbook and the casino.
The JoyFactory team created an account, completed verification, deposited our own money, checked the markets on 36 events, measured the margin, placed pre-match and live bets and contacted support. Below are the actual figures we recorded on August 5, 2026.

Betking suits users who want to combine betting, a casino and a loyalty program in one account. Its main strength is the depth of markets on popular football plus extra tools: Cash Out, BetBuilder, early payout and zero-margin events.
The main drawback is unevenness. The gap between a top match (775 markets) and a lower-tier one (64) is twelvefold: if you bet on regional competitions, check what is actually available before building your bet slip.
Betking is a 2-in-1 brand. This review assesses the sportsbook. The casino section operates under a separate license and is covered in a different review.

BankID verification in 2 minutes 16 seconds is one of the best results in our sample. A UAH 150 pre-match single was accepted instantly, and a UAH 100 live bet went through in 1.8 seconds with no change to the selected odds.
Market analysis. We checked 36 events: 18 football matches, 7 tennis matches, 5 basketball events and 6 CS2 and Dota 2 matches.
About payout times. After two bets were settled, we requested a UAH 1250 withdrawal to the card used for the deposit. The average benchmark for a small successful payout is 1 hour 30 minutes, but this is not a guaranteed time: the operator’s rules allow up to 24 hours.
Betking performed best on the number of markets for top football, the availability of Cash Out and the low margin on selected events. Its weaker points are thinner markets on lower-tier matches, high turnover requirements for the sports bonus and a noticeably higher margin in live betting.
The bookmaking business is run by SLOTS U.A. LLC, whose registered address is in Kyiv. Its license to organize and conduct online bookmaking is valid from December 5, 2024 to December 4, 2029, based on decision No. 559 of November 21, 2024.
A separate license covers the online casino. The original permit was obtained in 2021, and the current license was reissued under PlayCity: it is valid from April 9, 2026 to April 8, 2031, based on decision No. 82-R of March 25, 2026.
In 2026, PlayCity fined SLOTS U.A. LLC several times. In July, the operator received fines of UAH 4,323,500 and UAH 432,350 for allowing accounts to be funded with a third party’s card and for failing to comply with an earlier order. According to industry media, the regulator also started proceedings to revoke the company’s casino license, but the procedure has been suspended due to a court dispute. The bookmaker license was valid on the date of our check; we will review the safety score at the next monthly check.
JoyFactory lawyer Valeriia Prykhodko points out a common confusion: the official domain of the Ukrainian operator is betking.com.ua, and it should not be confused with the Nigerian bookmaker BetKing on betking.com, which has nothing to do with SLOTS U.A. LLC.
The operator uses the Royal Wins Soft system and carries out player identification and financial monitoring. The rules prohibit multiple accounts, handing a profile over to another person, using someone else’s payment details and concealing your real age.
Formally, you can fund your balance before full verification is complete, but withdrawals will be blocked. We therefore recommend passing KYC before your first large deposit or before using a bonus.
With BankID or Diia, identification usually happens automatically. If you upload documents manually, the operator may additionally request a selfie, a bank statement or proof of your payment card.

Odds are competitive on top events and average in niche markets. For totals, set betting and Asian handicaps, the margin can rise to 6–7%, and in live betting on lower-tier competitions it can exceed 9%.
The best prices are found in the “0% margin” and “Boosted odds” categories: on these events, the bookmaker does not build its commission into the odds.
The sportsbook covers more than 40 sports. The main focus is football: during a busy calendar, the number of available events can approach 1000 a day.
The bookmaker accepts bets on the Champions League, Europa League, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ukrainian Premier League, national team matches and regional championships. Basketball, tennis, ice hockey, volleyball, boxing and MMA are also well covered.
Top football matches offer the main outcomes, double chance, totals, European and Asian handicaps, correct score, half results, cards, corners, shots, offsides and individual player stats. In our measurement, this added up to an average of 775 markets per match, the highest figure among the bookmakers we have tested.
Less popular leagues have thinner markets: such events often offer only the main outcomes, totals, handicaps and a few combined markets. Our measurement showed 64 markets per lower-tier football match, more than ten times fewer than for a top match.
The esports section includes CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant and other popular titles. For major tournaments, you can bet on the match winner, individual maps, round totals, handicaps and team stats.
Another standout feature is BetBuilder, which combines several compatible outcomes from one match into a single bet slip: for example, a team win, total goals and the number of corners.
Live betting covers football, tennis, basketball, ice hockey, volleyball, table tennis, esports and virtual competitions. Odds change after every significant event in a match.
Quick Bet cuts down the number of steps when placing a bet: you select the odds and confirm a preset stake without entering the amount again. In our test, a live bet went through in 1.8 seconds with no change to the selected odds.
Some matches have live video streams, while other events use a match tracker, score, timer and basic stats.
Cash Out works for pre-match and live bets on football, ice hockey, tennis, basketball and esports. The early settlement amount depends on the current score, the change in odds and the probability of the outcome.
During a goal, a penalty, a VAR review, a break point or another potentially decisive moment, the market is temporarily suspended. Once the data is updated, your bet may be accepted at new odds.

The x12 wagering is lower than the market average but noticeably higher than in the best offers. Requesting a withdrawal before the turnover is complete cancels the unwagered bonus amount, so keep this in mind if you plan to withdraw in parts.
A promo code can be entered during registration by turning on the “I have a promo code” switch, or later in your personal account. Before depositing, check which bonus is active and whether it conflicts with another offer.
This is the bookmaker’s most interesting feature. A bet is automatically settled as a win if the selected team builds a set lead:
The key detail: if the team later loses its lead and the match, the payout already credited is not cancelled. The feature only works on events with a special label.
Betking also offers accumulator bonuses, promo codes, a referral program and personal offers. You can get a reward for inviting a friend if they register, pass KYC, make the required deposit and meet the betting turnover at odds of 1.60 or higher.

What to keep in mind:
One point that is easy to miss: an account that has not been used for more than a year may be deemed inactive, and the rules provide for a monthly fee. Do not leave money in an unused profile.
Betking has apps for Android and iOS. The iPhone version is installed from the App Store via a link on the official website, and the Android client is downloaded as an APK from betking.com.ua: before installing, you need to allow app installation from your browser or file manager.
The apps offer pre-match, live, Cash Out, BetBuilder, streams, the casino, bonuses, the cashier, support and KingTap. The mobile website can be used as an alternative without downloading any files.
KingTap awards points for activity, deposits and invited friends. After conversion, KingCoin can be exchanged for bonuses and gifts in KingMarket.

E-mail is used for requests that require documents, bank statements or a detailed description of the problem; e-mail replies arrive on weekdays. During peak load or a complex financial check, the wait time in chat can increase noticeably.

The score is lowered by the x12 wagering, the sharp drop between top and lower-tier events, the UAH 200 minimum withdrawal, the lack of tote betting and inconsistent support speed at peak hours.
